Our roots
It all began in Berlin – on the banks of the River Spree. The Victoria Höfe are right here in the Kreuzberg district.
This impressive ensemble, known as the “Victoria Mills”, once served to grind and store flour. With loving attention to detail aimed at preserving the historical character of the site, we spent recent years designing residential and commercial premises that respond to present-day needs. This awareness of history, current urban development and commercial foresight also forges the basis for our future projects.
